title: Every AI tool sold to contractors, priced
description: Every AI tool sold to home-service contractors, with the verified price, the clause that costs money, and our call.
lede: Every price read off the vendor's own page, on the date shown.

{% $counts.total %} tools. Every price is read off the vendor's own page on the date shown beside it, or marked as reported by someone else, or marked as not published at all. Each row carries its own read date: the oldest on this page is {% longDate($counts.earliestCheck) %}, the newest {% longDate($counts.latestCheck) %}.

## How we read a price

{% $counts.verified %} of the {% $counts.total %} publish a price we could read ourselves. {% $counts.reported %} we took from a third-party page and have not yet re-read. {% $counts.notPublished %} publish nothing, and that is a finding, not a gap: a vendor who will not print a number is telling you the number depends on what they think you can pay.

A price on this page is the monthly list price for a single shop. It does not include setup fees, per-minute overage, or the annual-contract discount a rep will offer once you flinch.

{% callout type="catch" title="Read before you sign" %}
The catch line on each tool is the clause or the pattern that costs money after you sign: the twelve-month lock, the per-call overage, the setup fee that appears at the last step. It is the sentence a rep will not lead with.
{% /callout %}

## Does it work in Spanish

Half this market sells you something that answers the phone, and a lot of the people calling speak Spanish. Almost nobody publishes a straight answer. Each tool page now answers three separate questions, because they are three different purchases: does the AI talk to your customers in Spanish, is the software itself in Spanish for the crew who log into it, and can you get a Spanish-speaking human when it breaks.

{% $counts.spanish %} of the {% $counts.total %} publish a page we could read saying their AI takes a call in Spanish. Use the **Español** filter above to see them. Everything else says *not checked* and stays that way until a page says otherwise — "multilingual" with no language named is not proof, and a blank we can stand behind beats a yes we cannot.

## What the verdicts mean

A verdict is our call for an owner doing $1M to $20M a year. It is made from the verified price, the contract terms and the complaint record — never from a demo, and never from a vendor's case study.

| Verdict | What it means |
| --- | --- |
| Worth a look | Price published, record clean, terms readable. |
| Ask first | Buy only once the named clause is in writing. |
| Skip | The record or the terms say no. |
| Not tested yet | Listed and priced, but no issue has made the call. |

Verdicts marked *example* show the four states so you can see how they read. No verdict is real until an issue makes it.
